I see there is an open ligation of thoracic duct code (thoracic approach)--38381...but nothing for thoracoscopic approach. Anybody seen this procedure done before, and if so, how did you bill it?:confused:
 
I know this is an old post, however I have the same question and there was no answer? Would you still use 38381 for a VATS approach?
