I have to Peripherial vascular doctors and one cardiovasular.
The two PV surgeons acted as co-surgeon on the case. The CV surgeon just but the patient on bypass and took the patient off at the end of the case.

I have no idea how to bill this since the bypass is part of the repair.

Primary PV gets the 62 and I would believe that the other PV surgeon gets a 62 as well since they both did an extensive amount of work with seperate.

The CV surgeon wants to be Co-surgeon because he dictate a note for the placing the patient on bypass.

Any help would appreciated
