Wiki Texas Medicaid denying 90460 admin code for 90645 vaccine code

Is anyone else receiving denials with Texas Medicaid on the administration code 90460 for the vaccine 90645? The administration is 90640 which our office is using but medicaid is still denying the code. Any help would greatly be appreciated.
 
There is a TMHP Bulletin with the guidelines for this.

From 1/1/11-3/31/11 you have to bill 90465, 90466, 90467, 90468, 90471, 90472, 90473, or 90474 according to what was done(counseling or no counseling). Starting 4/1/11 you have to use the new codes, but you have to bill them as follows:

90460
90461X2

90698
90460

90707
90460
90461x2

Get the idea? If you bill any other way, your claim will be denied.
