Hi all!

Is it still the case of Testopel and Estradiol being the same HCPCs codes of S0189 or J3490, using the NDC to differentiate?

Looks like your CPT code would be 11980... 11980/J3490 (in the office)

My manager informed me that they might start getting 100 mg pellets instead of the 75 mg pellets. I looked in the book and can not seem to find any code for these. Does anyone have any information regarding this?
