Is there a CPT code for an in office manual detorsion of a testis? No incision or fixation. This was performed in the ER, posted Doppler.
 
Not that I'm aware of. I'm certain you've billed this so I'm answering for anyone who comes across this later. The only surgical code that would come close is ....... 54600 with a modifier 52, long shot. More appropriate is to bill an office visit.
