I am new to podiatry surgical coding and need help coding the following case:

1) I&D left lateral ankle
2) Debridement of peroneus brevis tendon
3) Tenodesis of peroneal tendons

Would anyone be willing to review the op note (I can send) and give me feedback? I was thinking to code 27691?? I don't know if the I&D and debridement performed would be billed separately or are they included in the primary surgery?
