Does anyone have a cheat sheet on coding for Telehealth? I am having trouble getting Tricare encounters to go through. Thanks!

What Modifiers do you use? GT, 95? Do you have to post Q3014 w/E/M with Mod. GT and POS 2?

We bill like Medicare: during the pandemic POS is where the service would normally be if in person (in our case 19 or 22) and 95 modifier. Since we are an outpatient hospital we bill the Q3014 on a facility claim (UB) with 780 rev code and no modifier.

With our Tricare patients: audio/video - modifier 95 to E&M with POS 02

we use modifier Gt and POS as office (11) and are getting paid.

If the provider is working remotely, and the patient comes to the office/clinic for a video/audio telehealth appointment, can Q3014 be used? POS-02 99213-95 with Q3014.
