Wiki Telehealth visits for AARP Medicare Complete

Hello! I am having a hard time with AARP Medicare Complete paying for the audio only telehealth visits. They aren't liking the 99441-99443 codes. I was wondering if there is another way I should be billing these out. Thanks!

The phone calls are for staff of NP, MD, DO and PA CPT 99441-99443.Wherease professional techs social workers and nurses can use CPT 98960-98967. Also the clinical staff MD, NP, PA, PA can use EVAL Mgmnt codes 99202 to 99215 new and est, patients but must link modifier 95 on each one . Maybe Medicare want you to use the Eval/Mgnt with modifier 95.

We bill as 99441-99443 with modifier 95 for audio only visits.

we bill the 99441-99443 codes w/modifier 95 for Medicare, but UHC-MA wants these billed as an E/M with modifier 95.
