Can a plastic surgeon stage (11920,11921 - tatooing of nipple coloration) when performing (19350 - Nipple/areola reconstruction)? This is due to massectomy.
 
Codes 11920 -11921 are inclusive of code 19350, however, if documentation supports, a modifier is allowed to be appended to the secondary procedure.
