I am having some trouble with a diagnosis code, the 845.03 doesn't seem correct and the 845.09 seems to fague. Can anyone help me?

845.09 would be correct. 845.00 is unspecified, but the physician has specified which ligament is sprained, since there is no exact code to talo-fibular ligament sprain, "other" would be appropriate.
