I need help with the CPT for the above. It is being done with removal of ganglion cyst in that finger so I'm thinking probably is bundled but still need to know what CPT for that for future reference. thanks,
 
Interesting that there's a code for the PIP joint, but not DIP. I would probably use an unlisted code and compare to 26130, since 26140 includes extensor reconstruction.
