Has anyone else come across this situation?

Patch repair of Superior Vena Cava right atrial junction to create continuity and drainage.Due to occlusion from previous pacing system.

I thought about using 34502, but it states in my coding companion and on Custom Coder that the SVC is approached through an abdominal incision. In this case, it is done through sternotomy.

I don't know the details of your case, but what about 35271/35276 (or in that area)
 
I wasn't even thinking of using those repair codes. My mind was set of finding one specific to the SVC. Thank you, 35271 is perfect.
