Can I put the RT modifier with this procedure, 42415? Superficial parotoidectomy, facial nerve dissection?
 
I would think not
Parotidectomy, lateral lobe, with FN dissection 42415
- total, with FN dissection 42420
- total, en bloc, with FN sacrifice 42425
- total, with unilateral neck dissection 42426

You might want to check encoder
