I have tried billing PHP using type of bill 133 and 893 can someone tell me what Emblem requires? We are a free standing substance abuse treatment center... Would it be 733?
 
Hello. In billing substance and mental health claims, I've seen TOB 0733 used frequently for PHP/IOP free standing facilities.
