subchondroplasty of metatarsal bases with stem cell bone graft

My physician is wanting to do subchrondroplasty of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd metatarsal bases with a stem cell bone graft. I saw this year the subchondroplasty was to be coded with 0707T which I feel will not be paid. I have never coded for the stem cell bone graft. Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is the old Zimmer reference guide for it: https://www.zimmerbiomet.com/conten...sty-Procedure-Coding-Reference-Guide-1020.pdf

Prior to this year and the 0707T I have used an unlisted CPT for it. You would have to check with the payer for coverage. It may still require unlisted but you could reference the 0707T for it. The BSM or stem cell graft material itself wouldn't be included on the physician claim.
