can i use the code for split-thickness skin graft if the documentation says, split-thickness skin graft was harvested then placed in xeroform and moist 4x4's and placed in sterile container in the refregerator for subsequent use? or i just code it as harvesting of skin for tissue cultured skin autograft 15040. please help

If it is not applied then you can only code for the harvesting.
