Wiki stomach polyp without a biopsy

Have a provider who performed an EGD and noted fundic gland polyps, but did not perform a biopsy. Is it appropriate to code the K31.7 if there was no biopsy performed, or would it be appropriate to code K31.89 - other disease of stomach? Thanks in advance.

It would still be K31.7 , regardless of a biopsy or not. I wonder why it wasn't biopsied..........
