How is the following scenario coded for ICD-10 2019?

Stenosis of the right femoral-popliteal graft successfully
treated with covered stent

With the new T codes for 2019 I believe this should be coded as with T82.858A, Y83.1. Another disagrees and states it should be coded as I70.621

Thank you for your help.

Na, you wouldn't assign the I70.621 because that's for a definitive diagnosis of "Atherosclerosis" which can apply to stenosis in many instances, however if all that's documented is stenosis in femo-Pop graft you'd be right with T82.858A.
