Good Afternoon,

Patient with a AMI/STEMI has complete occlusion of the left main. Aspiration thrombectomy was performed in the LM to the LAD and LM to Circumflex. At that point it was decided to stent from the LM to LAD as well as from LM to the Circumflex. How would you code the intervention?

LM would be the culprit vessel - 92941 LM ???

Can we charge for stenting of the LM to the LAD and/or LM to the LC?
