Can anyone tell me is I can use Z96.651 and 73560- RT for an x-ray report.

In our office the mid-levels can not dictate for x rays so the doctor has to dictate a separate report. He dictated: Impression is right stable total knee arthroplasty with 2 views.

Don't forget Z47.1. And yes you can use these codes. The patient may not be symptomatic but the physician needs to make sure that the implants are staying in place and are not having any issues.
