What is the correct planning charge for SRS/SBRT treatment. Per coding strategies we should only bill 77295 (3D) not 77301 (IMRT). Do anybody know what Astro is saying about this. I have not notice any denials

what is the correct billing charge for breast boost plan (electron)????? 77321 or 77307
