SPINE X-RAYS CS, TS AND LS: Can I bill Cs, Ls and Ts as separated x-rays? I've tried this in the past for automobile accidents and codes were denied. I should have billed spine entire study ap and lat with 72010. So, I have been billing Cs chest and Ls to get paid for all three, but of course the dx has to meet the requirements for the chest x-ray.
