So my doctor did a scrotal exploration, right spermatocelectomy, and a left spermatoccele aspiration. I am coming up with 54840RT and then either 54699 vs 55899 for the Left. Which do you think would be better? They are both in the index. Also what code would I use to compare it to for a price? I am thinking maybe 55899 and comparing it to 54700 because spermatcolectomy is in that section?
