Hi All -

When your docs do the SpaceOar Hydrogel (cpt 55874) in the office, what HCPCs code are you using to bill for material itself? (Most of my docs do it in the OR, so the hospital provides it and bills for it.)

space oar billing

Hi, the doctor does the procedure in our office with fudicial marker placement. 55874 is the actual Space Oar Cpt code then we also bill out with 55876, 76872 76942, 96372 J1580, A4648 for the markers. :cool:
