SOOF an endoscopic blepharoplasty technique to repair ectropion, usually. Sometimes, Ptosis correction, palsy problems set right.

Can go for:
Blepharoplasty, upper eyelid, with excessive skin - 15823 - LT or RT;
Repair of brow ptosis - 67900- 51, LT or RT. Endoscope CPT is bundled with this CPT.
Commercial payors may reimburse for 99070, Endotine transbleph - C1713;

Other way -
rhytidectomy forehead -15824
ectropion repair, extensive - 67917 or entropion repair, extensive - 67924, which is rare.
Also, can try codes 15260 or 14040.

As per the documentation can go for some of these codes.
