Does anyone here have a provider that also treats for sleep apnea? Looking for guidance on procedure code for billing mandibular advancement device. We use the SomnoGuard mandibular advancement device. I am trying to gather some information and would like any help. Thanks!
 
E0485 - Oral device/appliance used to reduce upper airway collapsibility, adjustable or non-adjustable, prefabricated, includes fitting and adjustment.

We used this for SomnoGuard, but check benefits ahead of time, some insurances will cover, some will not.
