What ICD-9 codes would I use for skin check. Especially if no new lesions were found when doing a skin check?

Is there a history of skin cancer? If so use the v10.82 or v10.83 as a diagnosis and bill an established patient visit

For yearly skin checks with no history of cancer can you use the preventative codes such as the codes 99394 thru 99397 like you can for gyn?
