Hi all, does anyone know if cpt codes 99308 and 99309 can be billed together? If not what is the reason?

Nursing Facility CPT codes

CPT 99308 and CPT 99309 are different levels of Subsequent Nursing Facility care listed under the E/M section.
These are separate billing codes and cannot be combined as they have different levels of key components, times and patient presentations.
