Our surgeon went in and did fluoroscopic drilling to the shoulder for avascular necrosis. Drilling was done under anesthesia and was for the purpose of creating new areas in the shoulder bone to promote revascularization. I can't figure out how to code this; can anyone help? Thanks.
 
That's the direction I was leaning and wanted some more verification; I am going to go with this one because it most directly fits.
