Wiki Shoulder Arthograms with MRI

Hello-

There has been some discussion at our practice regarding the coding of arthograms followed by an MRI, for example:
for a shoulder we are currently using 23350, 76942, 76882 and 73221

Is it acceptable to bill all 4 codes?

not sure. why are you using 76882? not seen that before.
we use 23350, 73222, and since we use fluoroscopic for most of ours, we also bill 77002-59 with no problem.
