A patient came in who had Covid 19 previously, now has symptoms such as muscle weakness, pins and needles in certain extremities. They were never diagnosed with those symptoms in the past. Dr. says to use code B94.8. Would this be correct, or should we be listing all symptoms?

The"muscle weakness, pins and needles in certain extremities" would be coded followed by B94.8 [Sequelae Oth & Spec Inf. and Parast Dz].
