Can someone tell me if a nasal endoscopy w/debridement 31237 and septal button removal is billable along with a replacement of a septal button 30220? Thanks! J

If the provider is documenting a biopsy, polypectomy or debridement then a 31237 would be appropriate. 31237 and 30220 don't bundle so I don't see why they couldn't be billed together. If those are not documented, I would look at 31231.
