Is there anyone's office providing sedation (nitrous oxide) with in office procedures such as 58555 or 58558? Would like to discuss how this is coded as well as reimbursement issues with carriers. Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Hi.
I was just asked this question by my physician but she wanted to know if we perform 58555 in office can we perform sonoHSG same day(58340&57800).

We currenly do perform 58558 in the office and get paid from pricate carriers with no problem.
