What modifier would the anesthesiologist use with cpt code 61510 for billing to represent "awake patient"?
I thought G8 but the ASA code 00210 does not meet the criteria for G8.

Hi,
Yes G8 modifier is not applicable for CPT 00210, here i think we have to use only QS modifier alone.
