I need suggestions for ICD-10 code to use for the urine dip 81002 that we do as part of our annual exams. The carrier does not like the annual exam code Z01.419. I'm looking at Z01.89 or Z13.89. Thoughts??
 
Thank you, that may be my only option. Too bad V72.62 didn't get a comparable ICD-10
