If a pt has traditional medicare what are the guidelines for recieving mammagrams, once a year ? Or every two years.Please advise.

If a patient has a unilateral or bilateral screening mammogram, can code 77055 be used for the unilateral and code 77056 be used for the bilateral or is the code restricted to 77057 for both with use of modifer -52 for the unilateral?
