What cpt code would you use for screening anal pap?

88112 or 88160

Any help is appreciated...

We use code 88160 for anal paps prepared as smears. (88160 Cytopathology, smears, any other source; screening and interpretation)

If a thin prep is prepared, then 88112 would be appropriate. (88112 Cytopathology, selective cellular enhancement technique with interpretation.)
