Which code (92072 or 92313) do you use for the scleral contact lens fitting in a Keratoconus patient? We have had different opinions and are confused which one we should be using.

Basically, 92072 applies to the doctor actually fitting the lenses while the 92313 applies to the doctor supervising the fitting by a technician.
