If someone has a positive Strep test and Scarlett fever is the Strep coded in 034.1 or do I need to add the 034.0 along with the 034.1? :confused:
 
I'm thinking just 034.1, unless the documentation states sore throat or any of the other modfiiers listed under 034.0 (strep: laryngitis, pharyngitis, angina etc.).
