How would I code this:
selective coronary angiograpgy and aortography, right femoral angiography with removal of sheath using a mynx device?

Hi Norma,

For selective coronary angiography that would be 93545 and S&I of 93555.

Aortography - 93544

If this is for a heart cath in 2011 make sure the codes are not bundled; these could be billed in 2010 but due to major CV changes in 2011 that has changed.

The codes for 2011 would be Selective 93454-26, Aortography 75625-26,59 unless you are talking about the aortic root. Then it would be 93567(no modifier).
