Help! Our doctor implanted a single chamber pacemaker with a left ventricular lead only for Bi-V pacing. The patient already has a system implanted in the left chest, but this could not be interrupted until they established a good LV pacing site. My co-workers and I think that we should bill 33207, 33225, and 71090. Is this correct?

Thanks! :)

SC pacer and LV lead

Are there any other leads with this system or is it just a LV lead and a single chamber pacer?
If that's all there is then you would bill 33212,33225 and 71090 (if it was documented). You would only use 33207 if he placed a RV lead as well.
