Wiki saphenous vein harvest, open technique

I am trying to code a CABG where the physician harvests the saphenous vein with an open technique. The only code I could find was 35572....but this CPT specifies femoropopliteal vein. Any other suggestions??? PLEASE HELP!!
 
I might be wrong but the notes preceding the codes say that the procurement of the saphenous vein graft is included in the coronary artery bypass graft codes. It does not specify method.
 
Look at the add on code 33508. I know u said it is an open technique and this add on code is endoscopic video assisted harvest of veins. But maybe the notes under it about code 35500 can help you.
 
Procurement of the saphenous graft is included in the description of the work for 33517-33523 and should not be reported separately.
