I bill for a primary pediatrician's office. We have a young patient with biliary atresia who receives Sandostatin injections. She has been receiving her injection from a different provider and we will now be taking over the injections. The patient will be supplying the meds herself, we are only administering.

I have not had to bill this before. I am thinking to bill 96372 with Q44.2 as the ICD10.

I just want to make sure that my line of thinking is correct. Since we are not supplying the medicine, we cannot bill for it, so I think just the admin code is all I need.

Any assistance will be appreciated!
