Please help! I can not make up my mind and need some expert advice. How would you code Salmonella colitis? I lean to A04.8 and A02.29. Or could I just code it as Salmonella enteritis A02.0?
 
If you look for Colitis in the index it says See Also Enteritis. When you go to Enteritis and look down to Salmonella it directs you to A02.0
