What CPT would you use? I have seen everything from intermediate joint to trigger point injection code. This is SI injection without Ultrasound/CT imaging. Outpatient not ASC.

Under 27096, (Injection procedure for sacroiliac joint, anesthetic/steroid, with image guidance (fluoroscopy or CT) including arthrography when performed) there's the following excludes note:
