Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

"Sacral hemilaminectomy was performed. This was to decompress the dorsal traversing sacral nerve roots. The additional sequestered material was resected as a sequestrum. The central component of tho fragment was resected both left and right".
 
I would look at code 63011 from your description, it looks like he is doing a laminectomy without facetectomy, foraminotomy or discectomy for stenosis.
