Wiki Robotic Seg. Ureteral Res. w/boari flap

Physician states that he will be doing a Robotic segmental ureteral resection with boari flap and ureteral reimplantation. Best I can come up with is a 50947. Physician states I should be able to bill boari flap but I can't find a code for it. Any Ideas?
 
The options for laproscopic surgeries on the ureter are limited to a whopping 3 codes, along with an unlisted code. I hate to say it (and to use it) but I think that an unlisted code - 50949 -is your best bet.
