Can some one please help with a rib plating case??
I came up with CPT 21899 and 0246T.
Has any one received payment and if so how:confused:

Was your DX a rib fracture? What was your unlisted code Description?

I believe the 0246T would indicate an open FX rib repair of 3 to 4 ribs which would INCLUDE the plate as an internal fixation device like the wires, screws, etc.
Only the one code would be required. Best wishes.
