Wiki RHC/Pulmonary arteries/Pulmonary veins

I know that when a RHC is performed that 93568 is used if they go into the pulmonary arteries, is this the same for pulmonary veins? If a RHC is done and a number of aorta-pulmonary collaterals are selected, do I code the radiology codes for the collaterals or just 93568 with 93451?

These congenital cases are just so confusing-I never know for sure when to code radiology codes or cardiology codes.
