Is 25449 - 52 correct for the above?
Procedure: Attention was turned to the volar aspect of the wirst, where previous surgical incision was incised. Drills were placed in the polyethylene and it was removed on evidence of wear was noted. The joint was debrided and thoroughly irrigated with antibiotic solution again and placement of polyethylene was placed and seated well . The area of the ostolysis was removed with a curette, bony allograft was packed until the void was filled.
Thank you,

Your op note is a little low on details. It doesn't seem like the entire joint prosthesis is being replaced. Filling a small void with allograft is not going to add any significant workload. So I think your good!
